3D MODELS

The below animations and 3D graphics are simple mock ups of the work or parts of the work. They are not to be confused with the actual work, but only to be viewed to aid those interested in supporting or following the progress of the work.

Animation "Mock Art Rocket with Orbital Reflector"

The animation shows how the orbital reflect located at in the fuselage of the rocket is able to refract light and spread the star constellations around the room.  Although not implemented in the model, each of the constellations is an artwork in the form of an asterism.

Animation "Stellar Love"

This animation shows the use of the 3D letter to create the work "Stellar Love"- a zero gravity work by Arthur Clay that is to be a set of space junk constellations that will be included along with the other such constellations in the work.

Artwork Layout

This animation is a walkthrough shooting of the actual setup of the artwork "Nine!, Eight! Seven! And So On...". It features the two elements of the work:  the rocket with orbital reflector and the constellation wall print,

Animation "VR Mock Up"

This is a basic mock up of the VR version of the work. The actual app will use 3D objects and be interactive. The star map will also include additional asterisms and when possible with each update of the app, new asterisms will be added. Shooting stars and light particles are planned but they are not visible in the animation. New version to follow soon..
